 The mission of Choice Schools Associates is to empower every child with knowledge, skills, character, and work ethic to achieve the American Dream.
CSA carries out this mission by working in a cooperative and open relationship with the Academy Board to ensure that the Board's vision is brought to life. To make the Board's vision a reality, CSA customizes its services to meet the unique needs of each academy, and then commits its resources and staff to serve the mission, goals, and objectives of your Academy Board.
CSA always strives to meet three fundamental and unchanging standards:
- Significantly improve students' academic achievement
- Delight parents and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Create a safe, secure learning environment
Operationally, CSA leases employees to Academy Boards. CSA employs only fully licensed and certified professional educators for leadership, faculty, and support staff positions. Most important, where it really counts-in our classrooms, 100% of CSA teachers are properly credentialed for their assignments and CSA instructional aides hold baccalaureate degrees or higher.
The strength of CSA is its exceptional people who provide services to children, parents, and families at every school we have been chosen to manage. This recognition, coupled with our emphasis on achievement of Academy Board goals and CSA standards, makes us truly unique.
